This accessibility statement applies to the commercial cards digital service in Finland. The service is subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires public online services to be accessible. This accessibility statement was published in 2020 and updated on 20.11.2025.

There are still some deficiencies in our service contents that we are working our best to solve.   • Webfile, Statistics Online, and tailor made services for companies: Partially accessible, however given the age and scope of the services, it is assessed to create an unreasonable burden to meet all accessibility requirements. Potential alternative solutions for these services are planned for 2025.
  • First Card App: Not yet fully accessible; implementation of deficiencies underway. The accessibility statement will be updated accordingly.
